The above policy is underwritten by AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited ("AXA"), which is authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the Hong Kong SAR. CLPeC is not an insurance intermediary of AXA and does not carry on any regulated activity under the Insurance Ordinance, Cap 41. How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant online store to enjoy the discount offer within redemption period.

Usage of E-coupon code
- The CLPeC customer should visit AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited’s website to apply the selected product with the dedicated promo code (valid till 31/12/2024) to enjoy instant premium discount

Terms & Conditions
- Customers who successfully redeemed the E-Coupon can apply for SmartTraveller Plus which is underwritten by AXA on AXA’s website axa.com.hk/en/travel-insurance-protection with dedicated promo code to enjoy 30% off instant premium discount.
- This dedicated promo code is for one-time application and only one dedicated promo code can be used for each application. Dedicated promo code is valid till 31/12/2024. AXA will not be responsible for any delays, errors, or inability to submit online insurance purchases due to technical issues related to computers or the internet. All Offer related to dates and times will be based on the time on AXA’s servers.
- Customers shall be solely responsible for any costs incurred from the use of this E-Coupon. For detailed terms, conditions and exclusions of SmartTraveller Plus, please refer to the relevant product brochure and policy provision.
- Customer must input the dedicated promo code when applying the relevant product to enjoy the offer. CLPeC and the AXA will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the dedicated promo code when applying the relevant product and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.
