Usage of Redemption Voucher
- Voucher can only be redeemed at all branches/locations except: United Centre in Admiralty, APM Yata in Kwun Tong, V City Yata in Tuen Mun, Kwai Fong Yata, Tai Po Yata and Citistore in Tsuen Wan.
- The e-voucher is valid until 31 Jan 2024.
- This e-voucher is not valid if found expired and is not exchangeable for cash. Refund or extension of validity period are not allowed.
- This e-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This e-voucher cannot be resold, exchanged or refunded.
- Each e-voucher can be used once only and it is non-replaceable if lost.
- This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with membership or any other discounts and promotions.
- This e-voucher is only valid for self-collection at shops. It is not applicable for free delivery and “Click & Collect” service.

How to Redeem
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- To retrieve the “Redemption Voucher”, Domeo customer shall present the QR Code either in screen capture or printed version at selected A-1 Bakery to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon redemption process.
Terms & Conditions
- The reward item must be collected on or before 31 Jan 2024 and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- The voucher, either in screen capture or printed version, can only be used at designated branches of A-1 Bakery in Hong Kong.
- This code is for one-time redemption and only one code can be used for each transaction.
- No refund or exchange policy is applicable to the merchandise.
- The e-coupon code must be keyed in when conducting Eligible Transaction to entitle the offer whereas no code can be used once order is confirmed.
- CLPeC and the respective merchant will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.
- CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
- This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with discount product, promotions, or other offers.
- No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused code.
- CLPeC bears no responsibility and no compensation for loss and code expired.

Pick-up Service
7-11 Self Pick-up: Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up. *Service availability is subject to individual product, size, value, and weight. The final delivery method may refer to the checkout page.(Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500). Smart Energy @ Mong Kok Pick-up: Free shipping. Product(s) will deliver minimal 10 working days to Smart Energy @ Mong Kok. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transcation is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
Speedy delivery
